We had recently refinanced a few multifamily properties for our past clients with the intention to buy additional investment properties. This subject property is their first acquisition after we completed the refinances.
It was a very straightforward transaction no real challenges experienced on this one.
We placed the borrower into a 5 year fixed interest only loan but because they wanted a bit more leverage we switched this from interest only to full principal and interest loan program to achieve the maximum leverage offered by the lender.
