ASSIGNMENT:

We hadn't heard from this particular client for many years, but he kept our number and good thing he did because his timing couldn't have been better, we just got word on an unbelievable promo product being offered by one of our cooperating lenders.

CHALLENGE:

Client's global didn't look good but there were good explanations for everything and it just required experts like the team at ALB Commercial Capital to explain to the lender.

SOLUTION:

We got this loan and another approved for the borrower at a ridiculous rate of 2.95% that dropped his rate by almost 3% and while getting cash out. Don't think we will be able to deliver that kind of rate again, kind of a once in a life time chance on this one.
