ASSIGNMENT:
This was a cash out refinance for a repeat client. This particular property was part of a portfolio of apartments that we were refinancing for the client.
CHALLENGE:
The only challenge was in negotiating with the current lender to drop the prepay if we refinanced back with them.
SOLUTION:
We were able to get the prepayment penalty waived and obtain a great rate and term as well as some cash out for the client.
