ASSIGNMENT:

We were introduced to the buyers on this transaction from the listing agent. Unfortunately when they had started their escrow they had went with a lender that wasn't delivering the goods. After an introduction call with the clients we won the opportunity for this purchase transaction. 

CHALLENGE:

The buyers were in a 1031 exchange and they had lost a good amount of time with the previous lender so we had move quick and get the transaction back on track. 

SOLUTION:

ALB was able to structure a loan at very competitive rates and terms. The Lender that we identified for this transaction was one that was also capable to work with the need to close quickly. The buyers negotiated a small extension to close of escrow, and we closed on time and before their drop dead date on the exchange.
