ASSIGNMENT:
A long time past client was seeking to refinance into a lower rate and wanting to cash out funds to apply towards other real estate.
CHALLENGE:
Since we had financed this property before we were familiar with the apartment building and the borrower. No real challenges for us on this transaction.
SOLUTION:
We were concurrently financing another building for the borrower with a goal of netting a certain amount of cashout. We achieved the goal and the client was happy.
