ASSIGNMENT:

This was a cash out refinance and the second time we had financed this building.

CHALLENGE:

Biggest challenge was in how the organizational structure had changed in the LLC which title was held under. One of the owners was being removed from title.

SOLUTION:

We spoke with the clients and their CPA, and attorney and it was explained to us on what they were trying to accomplish, we ended up structuring a sweet deal with the lender of choice and closed the transaction. Clients were happy, hope to do this for a 3rd time.
