ASSIGNMENT:

Clients returned to us seeking to do a cash out refinance.

CHALLENGE:

The current 1st trust deed had a prepayment penalty.

SOLUTION:

ALB Commercial Capital was able to negotiate for the borrower some forgiveness on their prepayment penalty with the lender who was holding the first trust deed on the property, and was also able to obtain for the borrowers a lower rate whereby even with an increased loan amount there was reduction in the monthly payment.   Happy to have worked for these clients again.
