ASSIGNMENT:

A repeat customer returned to ALB Commercial Capital for a new Apartment Purchase.

CHALLENGE:

As for structuring of the loan, processing of the loan, and managing of the transaction the client was in good hands with the ALB team. The challenge was the clients had some downleg SFR properties that were in escrow and had some delays and that coupled with our borrower's worked long graveyard shifts and this interfered with the normal return of documents requested.

SOLUTION:

This was a small loan and for a property located in a tertiary market area which limited the number of lenders that would be able to finance the building. Nevertheless, ALB Commercial Capital has all the right relationships and access to the industries best commercial loan programs.
