This was a cash out refinance of a small building in Long Beach Ca. A returning customer whose fixed term was soon to roll to an adjustable and they wanted to get locked in for another fixed period, and while paying off debt.
Bless their hearts, the investors were older and not too keen on emails or other up to date record keeping systems. This just meant a slower process and some hand holding.
In our initial consultation we became aware that the client had accumulated some revolving debt and it was advised to get it all paid off. We helped the client get a new fixed term while placing them overall in a better financial position.
