CHALLENGE:

Necessity of financing arose from the execution of a Trust Agreement among family members. Principals involved spoke to other brokers about the complexity, of which was too complicated for them to fully understand.

SOLUTION:

The complexities of the Trust Agreement and sale terms was not the first time of its kind for ALB Commercial Capital. Due Broker’s 20 years+ experience with multifamily financing and loan scenarios, Broker was able to structure the loan to cater to the guidelines of the Trust Agreement and at the same time provide financing required to execute the terms of the required change of Title.
