ASSIGNMENT:

This was a unique transaction in that it was a purchase for our client who had previously owned the property around three years ago, and we had financed it for them back then also.

CHALLENGE:

This was a very smoothe transaction no real hurdles to overcome.

SOLUTION:

ALB structured a 5 year fixed with 5 years interest only for the borrower's. Transaction closed slightly ahead of schedule and all parties were happy. It's nice when everything goes ultra smoothe, but we realize that is not the norm, but nothing wrong to Bask in the moment :)
