ASSIGNMENT:

This was a cash out refinance for one of our best clients. We have been assisting the client with cashing out from several buildings as they were on the look out to make a big purchase. 

CHALLENGE:

The only challenge we had is we were originating a significant amount of transactions at one time for the client so we had to be very focused as to not slip up.

SOLUTION:

This was a cookie cutter type transaction. We placed the client into a nice easy low doc program and all was smooth with a reasonably quick close. Off to the next deal!
