ASSIGNMENT:

This was a purchase transaction for a repeat client who was in a 1031 exchange. This particular client had recently sold off some apartments and had been exchanging into several NNN type properties. 

CHALLENGE:

Sometimes you have sellers who are just not cooperative and can make things more difficult than they have to be. That's about all we have to say about that.

SOLUTION:

ALB structured very competitive financing for the borrower and we closed on time and we are thankful that we are now currently working on another STNL for the same borrower.
