ASSIGNMENT:

One of the greatest rewards in this business are the people you meet. This was a purchase transaction for a repeat borrower who had been referred to us earlier in the year, and since then this now is our 5th assignment we have completed for him. The client sold off a number of apartment buildings and entered in to an investment strategy of transitioning into NNN investments.  The investor is a great guy and always had shared his knowledge and insight and we learned a lot from him during our time working together.

CHALLENGE:

The transaction was actually a fairly long one and as such the only challenge was bringing the lender back to reality that when it came time to close we weren't asking for favors on closing on time, they had had probably forgotten how far back this deal actually started.

SOLUTION:

In all the lender was a great choice they offered a great loan program for the client, and the client was happy. Everyone walked away happy from the transaction. Hope to be doing more deals with everyone involved in the transaction.
